Wim Heijting guided us in a very professional manner during the takeover of Flexforcemonkey b.v. Despite this being a relatively small takeover, a lot of creativity was needed to realise this. Wim also brings this creativity to the table. At some difficult moments, Wim stepped in to make things work again for both parties. Now, a few months on, we can see that it was the right move and that all parties are very happy with the takeover. It made both parties stronger. Thank you Wim for your professional and creative contribution in this process. In a future transaction, we would like to work with Wim again.
